I have a Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning from Nairobi Technical Training Institute. I worked in the industry for several years, before I branched out to other things.
Being an indoors sort of person. I spend all of my working and most of my free time indoors. That is why I am so passionate about the health status of indoor living and working spaces.
The purpose of my blog is to bring you information on humidifiers and dehumidifiers.
My family and I suffered quite a bit from problems like asthma, dehydration, allergy flare-ups, dry skin, chapped lips, congested noses, itchy eyes, and general discomfort.
Need we mention migraines all through the cold season?
Until I bought a humidifier, an air purifier, and a dehumidifier.
Now, all I need to do is inject some healthy mist into my indoor air and my home becomes the haven it should always be.
For years, I have been using a humidifier at home. I can attest to the benefits. I have also registered a noticeable decline in cases of blocked noses, allergy flare-ups and coughing among my family members.
Well, we could say our immunity has gone up and it may have nothing to do with humidifiers, but deep down, I know ….
Occasionally, I review a humidifier or dehumidifier that I have used, just for informational purposes.
As time goes on, I will keep dabbling into different things, all related to making your indoor living space more comfortable, healthier and accommodating.
